Welcome to Buddha Yogpeeth! By using our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

• All participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our yoga teacher training courses, unless accompanied by a guardian.
• By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the program.
• Buddha Yogpeeth reserves the right to accept or decline any enrollment request at its sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to change course schedules, teachers, or curriculum when necessary, ensuring students still receive a high-quality experience.

2. Payment & Fees

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the course; this amount is applied toward the total course fee.
• The full balance of the course fee must be paid on arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Students are responsible for any bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please carefully read our cancellation and refund terms before booking:

• Deposit Amount:
  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the course; this amount is applied toward the total course fee.
• Advance Cancellation (30 Days Notice):Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date may qualify for a partial refund - 25% of your deposit amount will be refunded.
• General No Refund Policy:
  We maintain a strict no-refund policy once the course begins or if you are unable to complete it for any reason, including but not limited to:
1. Illness or Injury – If you are unable to continue during the course.
2. Language Barrier – Please ensure you have a basic understanding of English, as the course is conducted in English.
3. No Show Without Notice – Failure to inform us before the course start date.
• Limited Seats & Prioritization:
  We hold a limited number of seats each month and prioritize your booking, accommodation, meals, and class arrangements for the full course duration. Please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed all course details before booking.
• Emergency Cancellations:
  In case of cancellation due to medical or personal emergencies, the school cannot provide refunds for tuition fees, as significant arrangements have already been made on your behalf (meals, accommodation, classes, etc.). Additionally, your seat was reserved in place of other potential students.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to follow a respectful code of conduct, honoring the rules of the school, teachers, and fellow participants.
• Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
• Buddha Yogpeeth maintains a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol, drugs, or any form of harassment during the course.

5. Health & Safety

• You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and there are inherent risks associated. You agree to take responsibility for your own health and well-being.
• Please inform the school of any medical conditions or injuries before the start of the course.
• Buddha Yogpeeth is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the course or on school premises.
• We recommend obtaining travel insurance that covers health and accident-related issues during your stay.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials (manuals, guides, handouts, etc.) provided by Buddha Yogpeeth are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
• Any photography or video recording during classes requires prior approval from the school.
• Students may not use the Buddha Yogpeeth name or logo for personal or commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

7. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used solely for course administration and communication. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
• Students are responsible for any bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

9. Affiliation & Certification

• Buddha Yogpeeth is officially affiliated with 7 Chakras Yoga School.
• Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive their certification issued under the name of 7 Chakras Yoga School, which is recognized internationally.
