Gopal Ji is a well-known yoga teacher from Rishikesh, India with over 8 years of experience in teaching He was introduced to bhakti yoga and yogic practices from an early childhood under the guidance of his late grandfather, L. Ram Bhatt. Gopal Ji's yoga journey started at the tender age of 13, and he later trained at the renowned International Vishwaguru School of Yoga Vedniketan Dham in Rishikesh. He holds a master’s degree in yoga and certifications in yogic science, Ayurveda panchkarma and naturopathy. His formal education and certification underscore his deep knowledge and commitment to the discipline of yoga.

With over eight years of experience, Gopal Ji teaches Hatha and mixed-style yoga to students enrolled in 200, 300, and 500-hour courses. For the past six years, he has also been managing his brother’s yoga school in Rishikesh, where he acquired essential skills in running a yoga school and cultivated a deep understanding of the operational and pedagogical aspects of yoga education. Radhisha Ji is a passionate holistic wellness enthusiast and prolific writer. With a Master’s degree in Biochemistry, her research focused on the effects of diet and lifestyle on the human endocrine system and its impact on overall well-being. Born in Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna, Dr. Sharma's life and personality is profoundly inspired by the timeless wisdom of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, the fountainhead of Indian Yogic philosophy. With a unique approach that integrates traditional yogic philosophy with modern anatomy and physiology, Dr. Sharma has been dedicated to the field of yoga for over nine years.

During her master's degree in yoga at the prestigious Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Rishikesh, Pinky ji gained in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and the spiritual elements of yoga teaching. This advanced education has equipped them with the expertise to lead classes that not only improve physical well-being but also nurture the mind and soul.

Dr. Rohit ji earned his doctorate in Meditation from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, in 2018. His academic pursuits have provided him with a robust foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of meditation.
With over 12 years of experience in yoga and meditation, Dr. Rohit ji has honed his skills and knowledge to become a distinguished practitioner and educator. From September 2021 to September 2023, he served as an Assistant Professor at Shoolini University in Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
Dr. Rohit ji is also a Certified Sound Healer and Facilitator, having conducted sound healing workshops for the past six years in Rishikesh. His proficiency with the Singing Bowl enables him to harmonize the body’s cells, providing optimal healing.
